When the listing for your home is created on the MLS, realtors can enter a maximum of 25 photos and 450 characters of text description. We invest a hefty sum every year to have the ability to transform your property into an “Enhanced Listing,” which means we can add an additional 15 photos and make your description up to 2,500 characters of text. This has two benefits: (1) Because your listing is now “enhanced” and because it has more photos and more text, it will show up at the top of property searches on all the big and small real estate websites, thus getting you A LOT more eyeballs on your property, and (2) The additional photos and text have been proven to convince more people to want to come see your home.
  • We’ve sold homes SIGHT UNSEEN just on the photographic experience we create for your property. This might sound like an exaggeration, but it’s not. We go WAY BEYOND what most realtors do when it comes to photographing your home. First, while many realtors are taking the path of least resistance using their iPhone camera to take photos of your home, we hire professional photographers - but not just professional photographers - professional real estate photographers. Next, we hire a drone service to take full aerial photos so interested buyers can see your property, and your neighborhood, in its entirety. Then, we hire a special photographer and videographer who produce a virtual tour of your home that feels exactly like you’re walking through the actual house. This combination of professional photos, aerial drone views, and realistic virtual tours has allowed us to sell more than a few properties completely sight unseen, simply because the visual experience we created was so high quality and engaging… and we will do exactly the same for your home.
