A Private Exclusive listing is a property that can be shared by a Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty agent directly with their colleagues and their buyers — but that isn’t visible on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Property details aren’t shared widely and also won’t appear on public home-search websites.
Listing your home as a Private Exclusive allows you to control what information is shared about your home. We encourage our sellers to allow us to market their properties via the MLS, to ensure maximum exposure to agents and buyers (an approach that can result in the highest price in the shortest amount of time), but we fully understand that privacy may be paramount.
